At Grandfire, we work with our network of authorized dealers to ensure timely delivery of your BBQs and accessories. Our dealers will provide you with shipping details upon purchase.

Shipping Terms:

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the dealer’s shipping method. Please contact the dealer directly for estimated delivery times.
  • Shipping Costs: Any shipping fees will be included in your dealer’s order details.

Order Tracking: If tracking information is available, your dealer will provide it upon request.

Damaged or Lost Goods: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify the dealer immediately to resolve the issue. The dealer will liaise with Hauland PTY Ltd. to ensure a replacement or refund where applicable.
